LAST YEAR'S PHYSICAL DOES NOT COUNT FOR THE 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A PHYSICAL DONE AFTER 4/1/19. THEY WILL BE REJECTED IF THEY ARE COMPLETED BEFORE 4/1/19
Incoming 7th graders at 1 pm
Current 7th graders during athletics till 5pm
You need to have the medical history form filled out and signed by the parent. There will be copies in the front office, or you can click on the link below to print one off.
The cost is $10 at the door. Make checks out to "AMCHS Tiger Trust"
